設計以“綠動智城、活力水岸”為主題，重點打造創智研發運動公園和婚慶濕地碼頭、南橫套島嶼旅游感受中心、谷瀆港特色花田商業水街、南橫套環境藝術公園等四個主題濱水公共空間及北二環路、長安路兩條景觀綠蔭廊道，旨在創造一個體現地方生態、文化、場地歷史特色的場所印象，并打造可以輔助創新社區發展的公共空間體系，引領、示范張家港未來發展的標桿。
The design adopts “dynamic green city and dynamic waterfront” as the theme, and focuses on creating four theme waterfront public Spaces, including Chuangzhi development sports park and wedding wetland pier, south Hengtao island tourism experience centre,Gudu port featured Huatian commercial water street, and south Hengtao environmental art park, and two green corridors in north second ring road and Chang’an road. And all this are designed to create a place with the characteristics of local ecological, cultural and site history, and create a public space system that can assist in the development of innovative communities, thus guiding and modeling the future development of Zhangjiagang.
