2018年度，恰逢深圳成立經濟特區40周年，以及全市創建“森林城市”、“著名花城”，景觀品質全面提升的大背景下，前海管理局在2017年度品、格良好塑造、提升的基礎上，繼續對桂灣片區、前灣片區、媽灣片區范圍內的公共空間、市政道路、待出讓地塊等區域進行提升。項目建設將按照“永久性工程”、“永臨結合工程”、“臨時性工程”三種標準實施；公共空間中的紫荊園改擴建項目是本次提升的重點和亮點。
The year of 2018 is the 40th anniversary of the establishment of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone. Shenzhen is vigorously improving its landscape to strive to be “forest city” and “famous flower city.” Based on the achievements in 2017, the Qianhai Administration has always been renovating and improving the public space, municipal roads and lands to be sold within the Guiwan Area, Qianwan Area, and Mawan area. The project construction will be carried out according to three standards, i.e. “permanent project”,“permanent-temporary combined project” and “temporary project.” The renovation and expansion project of the Bauhinia Garden is the key and highlight of this renovation.
