作為海南省文化產業示范園區及國家級新型工業化產業示范基地的門戶形象工程和前花園，在設計上定位為高品質濱河生態風情景觀帶，以“水文化”為主線，以科技為手段，以改善及保護環境為前提，充分引進現代科技生態環保材料。通過對美倫河河岸的梳理，納周邊商業建筑于一體，結合水位季節性變化，打造三個高差層面的景觀游賞線。色彩斑斕的線性鋪裝與藍色水岸在靈動柔美的空間構成中互融共生，花瓣造型的特色平臺空間在綠蔭芳草中若隱若現，營造出一幅“樂活雙灣、蝶戀花林”的浪漫詩情意境。
