漢京半山公館項目為朗程師與日本戶田芳樹風景計畫深度合作之力作。該項目位于小南山的半山腰,有著得天獨厚的自然環境與地形條件，以“具有生命力的風景”為主題，各自演繹的水景和綠地是規劃用地的空間骨架。在高層與低層建筑所夾的空間，圍繞著大自然中“水、大地、光、風”四種元素營造出主題鮮明的景觀空間。通過不同尺度、豐潤的綠量、水面的延伸來進行空間演繹，提供恬靜、舒展、豐富的高端城市生活空間。
The Banshan Mansion project in Hanjing is the masterpiece from the cooperation of Long Chase and the Japanese Yoshiki Toda, which lies in the hillside of Xiaonanshan and possesses unique and advantaged natural environment and topographic condition. Besides, it takes the “scene having vitality” as the theme and considers the water and the green land as the space framework of the planned lands. In addition, it centres on the four elements in the nature including “water, land, light and wind” to build the landscape space with the distinct theme in the space between the architectures in the upper layer and lower layer. Besides, conduct spacial deduction relying on the different sizes, rich greening area and water surface extension thus to provide a quiet, comfortable and enriched high-end city living space.
